Vanilla Almond Overnight Oatmeal with Blueberries – a speedy and sound make ahead breakfast that is sans dairy, gluten free, veggie lover, sugar free, and low calorie!

How could it take me such a long time to bounce on the medium-term oats breakfast furor? It is stunning! This vanilla almond medium-term oats with blueberries is sparing my mornings.

Recently breakfast has been a touch of an issue around here. In the mornings Josh is conscious for about 1.5 hours, and his morning alert time is my top pick! He is very much refreshed, thus upbeat and happy. All I need to do is hold him and play with him. I simply abhor putting him down to go make myself breakfast.

For some time, I was skipping breakfast all together. Not useful for this nursing mother. My one New Year's goals was to eat leveled out. Something speedy and solid, that I could snatch while in a hurry.
