INGREDIENTS

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup All Purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 recipe Chocolate Glaze

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Whisk together the bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, and vegetable oil. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until batter forms.
  4. Transfer the batter to a ziptop bag. Snip the corner and pipe the batter into a generously greased donut pan. Fill each cavity to be about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely before removing from the pan.
