Appreciate this lower-sugar Orange Creamsicle Smoothie that is brimming with nutrient C, probiotics, and some concealed veggies (your children won't know!). This vivid smoothie is additionally veggie lover and without gluten, and part of my Drink the Rainbow arrangement!

A day or two ago, I was experiencing a portion of my more seasoned photographs and posts on The Fit Cookie and I was helped to remember one of my blog arrangement that I once in a while add to from time to time (not super much of the time, shockingly). As a matter of fact, my Drink the Rainbow smoothie arrangement is essentially the main blog arrangement I made that I really stay with.

I'm not incredible about adhering to plans (something I've battled with for a considerable length of time!), and keeping in mind that I had made a couple of other blog arrangement, I haven't added anything to a large portion of them for some time. I concluded the time had come to resuscitate the arrangement and add some more presents on it, beginning with this Healthy Orange Creamsicle Smoothie!

This smoothie is an enjoyment approach to get your children to eat more veggies! The blend of carrots and oranges are an ideal method to keep this smoothie a piece lower in sugar so it's not excessively sweet, yet my children despite everything adored it.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk from carton, or your favorite non-dairy milk
  • 3/4 cup chopped baby carrots
  • 5 clementine mandarin oranges peeled and separated
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt I used So Delicious
  • Optional: lemon juice and Stevia drops

Instructions :

  1. Using a small blender or NutriBullet, blend together the carrots and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Add in the oranges, and coconut yogurt and blend again until smooth and combined.
  3. Stir in a little lemon juice (if you need more tartness) or some Stevia drops (if you need more sweetness)
  4. Enjoy!
