Hand crafted Frosted Coffee – the ideal espresso reward for the late spring!
Hello companions! I don't have the foggiest idea where it resembles where you live, however here in radiant Phoenix, AZ we're going to hit summer REAL hard. We're talking 100+ degrees, your legs stick to calfskin seats and you're rushing to discover any similarity to cooling kind of summer. When these temperatures hit, I make the change from my preferred cup of joe to frosted espresso – my late spring fuel. What's more, today we're sharing a fun and delicious summer reward without a moment to spare for the late spring months, a Homemade Frosted Coffee with our preferred espresso partner, INTERNATIONAL DELIGHT!
I love making café treats at home. Furthermore, how about we be genuine here, with a child at home it's in reality a lot simpler for me to make them at home than it is to stack him up in the vehicle and head out. Also, the Frosted Coffee is one of my new top picks, so after I had one I realized I needed to attempt to make my own one of a kind! So I got some International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee and some Sweet Cream Creamer to begin! First up, I prepared some Sweet Cream Whipped Cream, ideal for fixing the Homemade Frosted Coffee.

Ingredients :
For the Whipped Cream:
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup International Delight Sweet Cream Creamer
For the Frosted Coffee:
- 1 cup International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup ice
Instructions :
For the Whipped Cream:
- In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream on medium-high until soft peaks form.
- Add in powdered sugar and Sweet Cream Creamer and beat on medium-high until stiff peaks form.
For the Frosted Coffee:
- Blend International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee, vanilla ice cream and ice together until smooth.
- Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
