This version of Cocktail Friday is coming to you live from Skiathos, Greece. Indeed people, I am quite occasion. The sky is blue, the sun is sparkling, the ocean is shining enticingly out yonder and the cicadas are singing frantically.
In spite of coming here each late spring since I was a little child, the delight of coming back to our little house on Xanemos slope never blurs. In the event that anything the nostalgic draw gets progressively serious as time passes, practically like a physical ache.
These days the kids direct the day by day plan – visiting one of the numerous wonderful sea shores and swimming twice day by day. I don't about you yet swimming two times every day develops a significant hunger – and when in Greece that implies one thing is all together: souvlaki!
At the point when they at long last drop depleted into their beds it's the ideal opportunity for the grown-ups to enjoy a little mixed drink drinking and star looking – far away from the city lights the night sky is a wellspring of perpetual interest.
There's something otherworldly about sitting on the yard with a virus drink tuning in to the cricket orchestra – they assume control over singing obligations from the cicadas at sunset – and spotting groups of stars.
