We had an extraordinary Easter, hanging with family and eating yummy nourishment throughout the day. We began at Grandma's having bagels with lachs (salmon), natural product, ham, blintz (heated crepes), cheddar bread, and mimosas!
At that point we headed back home to make caprese sticks to bring to our Aunt's and Uncle's home. I figured something light and crisp would be a decent tidbit given the measure of nourishment we had just appreciated that day and still presently couldn't seem to eat.
I halted by one of the crisp markets here in Chicago, Pete's Fresh Market, where I got every one of the fixings – mozzarella, basil, and cherry tomatoes. The produce at Pete's is genuinely astounding. Everything is new and conveniently stacked – I resembled a child in a treat store.
The tomatoes were totally delightful and staggeringly tasty all alone. I don't care for eating tomatoes like this and I adored them. They would be incredible in a plate of mixed greens or in a pasta which I plan on making for today around evening time's dinner with my extra fixings, can hardly wait!
