OK, my companions. Is it accurate to say that you are feeling the warmth of summer yet? It's the finish of July, which means we've been in triple digits now and again for quite a long time, my A/C is running full time and I'm prepared for fall. Sadly, I have in any event two months of the ghastly damp with sweat heat before we get any alleviation. (On the off chance that this year is exactly as expected, we'll all be griping about how hot it is and how tired we are of the warmth up until about October 15 and afterward it will be cold and raining on Halloween. Since it's so sweltering, we will in general complete two things all mid year: we live in the pool and we escape town regularly. I adore engaging, so we're attempting to have more pool parties. I cherish being the entertainer, for clear reasons. Each gathering needs a mark drink and I imagine that, from this point until endlessness, this Lemonade Prosecco Punch will be the one I serve. It's fresh, light, reviving and it has an aftertaste like you're drinking juice.
Lemonade, Prosecco, Vodka, Blackberry, and Mint – it's a bubbly Sangria formula that everybody is going to fall for, and it just takes around 5 minutes to make a pitcher of it!
INGREDIENTS
- 4-6 cups prepared Lemonade — I used a low calorie kind from the grocery store, chilled
- 1/3 cup citrus vodka — you can substitute regular flavor
- 1 pint blackberries — or your favorite berry, frozen
- 3 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 bottle — 750mL La Marca Prosecco, chilled
INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir lemonade and vodka to a gallon size pitcher. Add blackberries and mint. Add the Prosecco. Serve over ice. The longer it sits the more the blackberries and mint infuse in the flavor, like sangria.
- Store leftovers tightly covered in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
