We've made it part of the way through the 12 Days of Christmas! That merits a mixed drink … a Christmas adornment mixed drink! 

Welcome to Day 6 of the 12 Days of Christmas here on IBC. I'm so glad to have you with me for this joyful arrangement. In festivity of arriving at the halfway point, I thought a mixed drink was all together. Today we are making a Very Merry Ornamentini. 

As you can envision, it's a ton of enjoyable to conceptualize thoughts for this arrangement, yet it very well may be somewhat distressing, as well. (You can peruse increasingly about my imaginative deduction process here.) When arranging 12 Days, I realized I needed to incorporate a mixed drink. With the achievement of my Jingle Juice Holiday Punch a year ago, I had some large glasses to fill. Actually. My underlying idea was to make a Hot Cocoa Martini, however a brisk web search uncovered that it had been done many occasions over.

INGREDIENTS

• Here's what you will need:
• 1 cup vodka (I prefer Tito's.)
• 1/2 cup orange liqueur (I prefer Cointreau.)
• 1/2 cup cherry juice*
• 1/4 cup cranberry juice*
• 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed with pulp removed

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sugared cranberries (recipe HERE) and fresh rosemary sprigs to garnish
2. *Use 100% juice. I found mine in the juice aisle at Walmart. It should be readily available.
3. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
4. Using a funnel, pour the mixture into four 3-inch clear glass ornaments that have been rinsed. Replace the topper on each ornament.
5. Add sugared cranberries and a rosemary sprig to four martini glasses. Set the ornament in the glass to serve. Before drinking, slowly pour the contents of the ornament onto the cranberries.
