Smoothies are an extraordinary method to hold your eating regimen within proper limits during the Christmas season. This is one of my preferred smoothies that I keep in consistent turn. Stacked with huge amounts of protein to keep you full for the duration of the day. This smoothie is an incredible in a hurry breakfast or halfway tidbit.
Brisk, simple and too solid. Stacked with fiber, nutrients and protein. This smoothie is sans gluten and has just 5 fixings!
A mix of bananas, blueberries and blackberries are added to the smoothie. Greek yogurt and soy milk are added to give the smoothie huge amounts of protein and a velvety, thick consistency.
This smoothie has no additional sugar. The banana and berries add a characteristic sweetness to the smoothie.
You can substitute solidified berries right now I incline toward crisp myself.

- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup fresh blackberries
- 5.3 ounce package plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 whole banana
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
- Pulse for 30 seconds, stir and pulse for an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
